Stacking Plans have long been static requiring a labor intensive process to create. As soon as they are created they are stale again. Veribrum renders the stacking plan live when you request it from the data wherever it exists.
With detailed formatting and design, you can customize and add essentially any field that you have in your database.

Since Veribrum’s Stacking Plan system is browser based, it will work on any platform, whether it is your MacBook Pro, Air, iPad, or a Dell.
The resulting PDF files are optimized for size and most of them are less than 10 kilobytes each.
Each time you click on a property, Veribrum reaches out to your system to see what is new. Instead of pushing files and updates to your stacking plan software, Veribrum automatically pulls the information it needs each time with no extra work for the user.
Using the detailed data mapping capabilities, Veribrum allows you to custom design each field and the view of what will be shown. Different profiles allow you to show different sets of data for the same property depending on who the intended audience will be.
Custom photographs can be added for each property and can be displayed on the top of or along the sides of your stacking plans.
Stacking plans can be exported in a number of formats including PDF, GIF, JPG, PNG, SVG, Excel (XLS), and HTML. They can be saved as files, printed for presentation, embedded within a web page, or integrated into an in-house custom dashboard system.
Using the batch generator, Veribrum can run on a schedule, use an API, or driven command line to generate all of your plans to special directory at a specified time.
Through the use of user defined security groups and RSS, Veribrum allows you to specify sets of properties and users that can access them.
Veribrum allows you to specify an interval in which to show upcoming leases and building space that is encumbered by future leases.
Once set up, Veribrum allows you to generate very custom plans with one click.
Veribrum allows you to easily project what your building will look like at any specified date in the future. When tied with your existing software, Veribrum not only utilizes expiration date, but also commencement dates to show exactly what your building will look like.
Floor sizes allow you to very easily set up any number of custom building rooflines. Additionally, Veribrum allows a graphics to be uploaded for further roofline customization.
Veribrum offers a number of ways to make your plans stand out. Watermarks, building sketches, photographs, company logos, fonts and colors are just a few ways to make them look unique.
At the core, Veribrum allows you to build profiles; these profiles specify everything from colors to data fields so it is easy to have many different profiles per property or set of properties.
Veribrum is browser based and can be accessed by anyone in your office.
Through the use of RSS XML, Veribrum allows for quick integration with most other software.
